Privacy Policy
In short
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you submit a form or request a scan we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and website address, plus anything you choose to write in a message field. When you browse the site we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and referral source. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare the audit or scan you asked for, provide services if you become a client, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you have asked us to.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Where advertising campaigns are running we may also use the Google Ads and Meta advertising pixels to measure conversions and show remarketing ads. You can decline non-essential cookies through the banner, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: our website host, email provider, CRM and analytics platforms. Some of these store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure any overseas recipient handles your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for seven years to meet tax and business record obligations. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your personal information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Accessing or correcting your information
Email us and we'll tell you what we hold, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. We'll respond within 30 days and we won't charge you for a reasonable request.
Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your information, contact us first — most things are resolved quickly. If you're not satisfied you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We'll update this page if our practices change, and the date below will change with it.
